Thanks to everyone who participated (even if only by reading!) in what turned out to be a very enjoyable and fruitful forum. I had a number of fun and interesting discussions — and mostly with people that I don’t agree with about everything, which is great — and there were many other excellent posts and discussion threads that I couldn’t find time to participate in actively. My understanding is that people can continue to comment/discuss for as long as they want here, so you should by no means take this as closing down discussion, but I just wanted to say “thanks” and “well done” to everybody while, hopefully, most people are still paying attention.

And then a special thanks to Shan for organizing this whole thing! It was really quite valuable I think, and will continue to be a useful resource going forward.
